NP Training Works has developed a catalog of courses for nonprofit professionals. We take on all costs associated with course design and development, web hosting, eCommerce and customer support. There is no front-end cost or investment by you. The process is simple:

  1. You give us your contact information, logo, colors, images and other brand identifiers.

  2. We create a custom course page for your organization and provide you with a link that you post on your website, or anywhere else you promote professional development opportunities.

  3. You promote the courses to your membership and/or customers. If you would like, we will attend your annual conferences to promote as well.

  4. Your members are taken to your branded site with your logo and color scheme where they enroll in a course.

  5. We provide you with a quarterly report and check for up to 20% of the net course revenue from your members/customers.

  • NP Training Works creates a custom portal, branded with your logo and colors, that allows you to offer a full range of courses designed specifically for the nonprofit sector.

  • Your members or customers go to your site, login and are taken to a branded custom portal. They never have to know that the NP Training Works complete custom learning management system exists on the back end to support you.

  • You get access to a full range of reports and data on your members or customers.

  • Your members or customers have access to the full range of courses created especially for the nonprofit sector.

  • We will create custom forums and blogs for your members or customers to communicate and share information.

  • We can work with you to create courses customized for the training needs of your organization, or we can even help you develop blended learning options for classroom/online learning hybrid courses. With custom courses you can earn a greater share of the revenue and you can even offer your custom courses to other NP Training Works partners to receive additional revenue. Our custom instructional design process is simple:
    1. We begin with a Discovery Meeting on your premises.

    2. We utilize the ADDIE model of Instructional design—Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation—as a guideline for building effective training and performance support tools. Our typical client process includes the following steps:
      1. Project history, overview, and introductions

      2. Purpose and objectives of the project

      3. Audience Issues

      4. Look and Feel - Functional / Branding Specs

      5. Resource Analysis

      6. Detailed Content Analysis

      7. Review of Project Scope

      8. Detailed Project Management Plan and Schedule developed

    3. We agree to contract terms and implement a Project Plan and Schedule

  • We share revenue with you every time one of your members or customers takes a course. Revenue that helps you meet your mission.

  • You have no upfront costs, long-term obligations, or infrastructure expenses associated with the program.

  • You simply post a link from your current site to your branded online learning site. We take care of course design and development, web hosting, customer support the shopping cart and all e-commerce transactions, then send you a quarterly check.

  • When your member or customer takes a course you receive up to 20% of the net revenue for that course.
