NP Training Works has developed a catalog of courses for nonprofit professionals. We take on all costs associated with course design and development, web hosting, eCommerce and customer support. There is no front-end cost or investment by you. The process is simple:
- You give us your contact information, logo, colors, images and other brand identifiers.
- We create a custom course page for your organization and provide you with a link that you post on your website, or anywhere else you promote professional development opportunities.
- You promote the courses to your membership and/or customers. If you would like, we will attend your annual conferences to promote as well.
- Your members are taken to your branded site with your logo and color scheme where they enroll in a course.
- We provide you with a quarterly report and check for up to 20% of the net course revenue from your members/customers.

- Your members or customers have access to the full range of courses created especially for the nonprofit sector.
- We will create custom forums and blogs for your members or customers to communicate and share information.
- We can work with you to create courses customized for the training needs of your organization, or we can even help you develop blended learning options for classroom/online learning hybrid courses. With custom courses you can earn a greater share of the revenue and you can even offer your custom courses to other NP Training Works partners to receive additional revenue. Our custom instructional design process is simple:
- We begin with a Discovery Meeting on your premises.
- We utilize the ADDIE model of Instructional design—Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation—as a guideline for building effective training and performance support tools. Our typical client process includes the following steps:
- Project history, overview, and introductions
- Purpose and objectives of the project
- Audience Issues
- Look and Feel - Functional / Branding Specs
- Resource Analysis
- Detailed Content Analysis
- Review of Project Scope
- Detailed Project Management Plan and Schedule developed
- We agree to contract terms and implement a Project Plan and Schedule
- We share revenue with you every time one of your members or customers takes a course. Revenue that helps you meet your mission.
- You have no upfront costs, long-term obligations, or infrastructure expenses associated with the program.
- You simply post a link from your current site to your branded online learning site. We take care of course design and development, web hosting, customer support the shopping cart and all e-commerce transactions, then send you a quarterly check.
- When your member or customer takes a course you receive up to 20% of the net revenue for that course.
